From Points North take Route 495 South and from Points South take Route 495 North – then follow the directions from Route 495.

Alternatively, from Points North take Route 128 South and from Points South take Route 128 North to Route 2 – then follow the directions from Route 2 Westbound.

From Route 495

Take Exit 28 to RT 111 East/Boxboro. Turn left off the ramp at the light. Stay on Rt 111 East/Massachusetts Ave for about 3.5 miles. Hammond Hill is located in West Acton Village on the right, just before the railroad tracks.

From Boston/Cambridge, Route 2 Westbound

Take RT 2 West toward Acton/Concord. Stay on Route 2 through Lincoln and Concord. After passing Emerson Hospital (left) go through 3 sets of lights. You will come to a rotary a half-mile after the third light. Enter the rotary and take the third exit off rotary to stay on Tr 2 West and follow RT 2 for 2.5 miles. Take Rt 111 West via exit 43 towards West Acton. Stay straight on 111 West/Massachussetts Ave for 1.3 miles. Hammond Hill is located at 570 Massachusetts Ave on the left after the train tracks.

From Mass Pike, Eastbound
