Stephen Herskovitz, President  
 
Steve has more than 23 years of marketing and communications experience and has worked in virtually every side of the healthcare market, across most therapeutic categories and specialty areas. He has worked with many of the leading pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and biotechs, helping them understand critical market dynamics and the impact on their Brand. Prior to starting Hammond Hill in 1998, Steve held leadership positions at several national advertising agencies in New York, as well as at well-known hospital organizations (VHA and Partners HealthCare System in Boston). He has spoken at numerous conferences and has written and edited articles and handbooks on managed care and integrated health strategies for the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Steve is a guest lecturer on Healthcare Marketing at Simmons College in Boston.  

Malcolm Crystal, Vice President, Content Development
 
Malcolm comes to Hammond Hill with over twenty years of experience in writing, editing, training, research, and business development. Malcolm has written and edited articles, dictionaries, and handbooks for the healthcare industry, and has taught courses on the history of medicine and on the publishing industry. As a senior editor at Blackwell Publishing, Kluwer, and Springer Science + Business Media, Malcolm has managed accounts, launched new journals, and worked with major scholarly and professional societies to enhance and expand their visibility to audiences worldwide.

Robin Roberge, Marketing Assistant
 Robin provides important research and analytical assistance to Hammond Hill. She has worked for healthcare organizations and brings more than 15 years experience. Her organizational, extensive administration and interpersonal skills are fundamental in managing Hammond Hill and helping the team come up with great ideas and solutions. Robin is instrumental in keeping our office and projects running smoothly and with high quality.

David Glaser, Graphic Designer
 David is a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He came to Hammond Hill as a summer intern after his freshman year at UMass and continued his internship for the remaining summer breaks of his Undergraduate career. He received a bachelors degree in Art History and has a strong background in visual arts, including graphic design. David is a pivotal part of the creative team at Hammond Hill as well, providing valuable insight and feedback.

Michael Jabbour, Senior Consultant
 
Michael has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years in sales, sales management, product management, strategic planning, advertising, public relations, and new business development. He has held senior positions on domestic and international levels with in-depth experience in positioning, strategy, creative, marketing and branding. His experience and expertise span more than a dozen therapeutic categories, highly successful global product launches and relaunches, direct-to-patient, direct-to-consumer and multiethnic campaigns, and traditional marketing to physicians and other healthcare providers.  

Susan Baltrus, Senior Consultant, Managed Care
 
With nearly twenty years of managed care experience, Susan has an in-depth knowledge of all facets of managed care, including pharmacy benefit design, health plan operations, finance, quality improvement, network development, and marketing and sales. As the Product Manager for Managed Care at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Susan’s responsibilities included developing the plan’s marketing strategy, developing rates and financial projections, directing market research, preparing for the plan’s NCQA site visit and implementing a new PBM contract. Susan has also held the positions of Actuarial Department Director, Director of Employer Sales Support, and Provider Network Evaluation Supervisor. Since leaving BCBSMA eight years ago, she has assisted major pharmaceutical clients with the development and implementation of their sales and marketing strategies. In particular, she has advised clients on topics such as formulary access, pull through and product positioning. Susan has her degree in Quantitative Methods, Communication and Marketing, from Babson College.  

Wynelle Evans, Senior Consultant, Video Producer
 
Wynelle Evans is president of Evans/McNamara; the company provides production and post-production services to private sector, non-profit, and government organizations, and to political campaigns. She also works as an independent producer, with clients in the advertising, corporate, educational, and non-profit worlds. Clients have included: Hill Holliday Connors Cosmopulos, Massachusetts Housing Partnership, Connecticut State Lottery, Massachusetts State Lottery, The History Channel, John Kerry for U.S. Senate, International Fund for Animal Welfare, American Association of University Women, Kenneth B. Schwartz Center, Massachusetts Hospital Association, Common Cause, Ed Markey for U.S. Congress, Barney Frank for U.S. Congress.

Eugene Lee, Senior Consultant, Interactive Media Consultant
 
Eugene Lee brings a powerful blend of marketing and technical savvy to any team seeking innovative ways to enhance client-agency relationships.  Eugene joined McCann-Erickson Worldwide four years ago and now supports interactive and web-related initiatives for Regan Campbell Ward-McCann.  Involved in all aspects of project management, he identifies both client and agency needs and implements integrated solutions that meet the objectives for brand development.  In this role, Eugene has been assigned some the company’s highest-profile brands, successfully delivering on numerous projects.  He began his career as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCopers, LLP, where his clients included Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, Columbia House, Barnes&Noble.com, and Credit Suisse First Boston.  Eugene holds and MBA in management and marketing from the New York University Stern School of Business.  He earned his BS in business management and marketing from Cornell University.
